High Performance UV Protection ~ Product Specification

Fabrics carry the Oeko-Tex Environmental Certification for Testex in Switzerland which means that the raw materials and dye stuffs will not harm or damage little children and that environmental guidelines and standards as set by the EU have been met.

The fabric is warp knitted 80% nylon, 20% elastane (spandex) which has almost 100% 2 way stretch. All fabrics are tested for colour fastness and resistance to sunlight & chlorine – UP50+.

The yarns used are 40 denier which gives a higher quality finer finish and are more comfortable for the user. The suits are designed to be worn skin tight ~ this offers maximum protection, comfort and quick-drying

All fabrics are tested for colour fastness and resistance to sunlight, chlorine & detergents as well as passing UP50+ tests. Neon colours are prone to an acceptable level of fading.
