This travel cot has been answer to all our problems. Along with the multitude accessories required when travelling a small baby this travel cot is compact and light - it has saved us much needed boot space. It took two attempts to put it up correctly but it is fairly simply and easy to do once you have got the hang of it. An excellent product - however make sure you have enough space when putting it up as the poles are fairly long.
Our little life slept peacefully in the cot and also played quietly with her toys once awake from the first time we used it. I am sure we will continue to use it as an outdoor tent once she has outgrown it as a cot.

I bought this because all the other 'travel' cots pretty much used up my airline luggage allowance. But I would recommend it even for land travel. It's light, compact when packed and easy to put together once you have practised. The integral mosquito/cat net has come in very handy.
Downsides? Well the first 2-3 times you set it up the rods are under high tension and no-one else should be in the room - especially not a toddler or baby. Unbent the rods are long, so you do need a reasonable amount of room for setting up. I set it up twice before using it in anger, so no problems with setting it up in the semi dark while jet lagged, with hubby taking care of the baby in another room. I'm getting the sunshade now, so I can use it in the garden.
But you willhate it if you don't set it up once or twice to familiarise yourself with it prior to travelling....

we have used this so often. much better than the larger style heavy ones. fits in the wardrobe when not in use, takes up no space in the car so great for camping, nice and light so easy to take on the train(it folds up into a small holdall). only slight down side is that it takes a few goes to put up and down (bit like a tent) but easy once you've got the hang of it. oh! and their customer services were brilliant when grandma snapped a pole, they sent a new one free.

For years we've been lugging around a huge traditional travel cot but the Twin Arc has changed all that! Easy to put up and doesn't fill the boot of the car!
