this is a bike that makes everyones top, stare and shout out "I used to have one of those". Great fun for the kids - sturdy and fun. Great conversation piece for adults too! Get one!!

Two years ago we purchased our son a green retro trike for Christmas. He still loves it. He is small for his age (nearly 4) and thankfully has a good few years mileage before he is too big for it. Son number two (21 months) loves it also and has to sneak a ride when his brother is at nursery. I have just placed an order for a red one for the little chap for christmas this year.
We already know it will be a great hit. They really are the coolest looking trikes on the market. We love them and our son's would be seen on anything else.

As someone who's just assembled this trike, can I say that the instructions are a nightmare! You need special tools, not just the 'screwdriver, spanner, hammer' blithely illustrated in the booklet. And they're all completely out of order (tip - if you buy one of these, put the brake contraption on before you add the rear wheels. It'll save much cursing, and I'm still not sure that it's done up securely).
All this meant that the present wasn't ready for my daughter's birthday. So Urchin, can you ask your pet Italians to make some attempt to be clear with the instructions...

My daughter received this fabulous trike for christmas in pink. It was love at first ride.
The bike is very well made and the rubber wheels are a great addition as they make a smoother ride.
