Over the last few years we've invested in our own team of highly trained customer service and warehouse staff. Our service has improved enormously, because it's our own staff answering your calls, and our own staff despatching your parcels. We may not be available 24/7, but when we are here, you know your query will be resolved by someone who really cares.
Our customer service team are available to answer your queries between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday.
