Ordering with Urchin is really easy, but if you have a query, we can help you in three ways:

1. Browse the Customer Service section of our website to find answers to many frequently asked questions (FAQ's).
2. If you don't find the answer to your question, please email our customer service team at help@urchin.co.uk
3. Give our friendly customer service team a call on 0870 112 6006. Our own highly trained staff will answer your calls between 8am and 6pm Monday to Friday, and 9am to 1pm Saturday.
