What happens if something on my order is out of stock?

Normally we maintain at least 98% stock availability but occasionally we experience short delays in restocking items. If any items on your order is due within a week we will hold the order and send it all together unless you specifically request otherwise.

If the delay is more than a week, we may despatch your items separately although you will only ever pay one delivery charge.
