Some of our orders are shipped by Royal Mail packet post or special delivery services. Luckily, Royal Mail now seem to have sorted out their problems and the prospect of further industrial action looks unlikely.

We apologise to any customers who were inconvenienced by industrial action from Royal Mail earlier in the Autumn.
