The Urchin 28-day no-quibble guarantee
If for any reason, you are not delighted with your purchase, returning goods is easy. Return your item in resaleable condition with 28 days and we will provide an exchange or refund the cost of the item.

Please obtain proof of posting (free from your Post Office) when returning goods as we cannot provide a refund or exchange if we do not receive the original goods back. Unfortunately we do not offer a free returns service.

Faulty items
If you receive an item that is faulty, please contact our customer service team on 0870 112 6006 or email help@urchin.co.uk for advice.

Exceptions
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of products that have been assembled, personalised products, books, CD's or DVD's.

Statutory rights
This guarantee does not affect and is in addition to your statutory rights as a consumer.
